[b]Have you been a Commander on any other communities/servers before Prism Role play, and if so, enter the name of the server and which commander you were:
I was never a Commander of a battalion, but I did lead a spec-ops unit for a short period of time. Usually RC squad Delta (Boss) and Omega (Niner) were always the two I have had commanded. Those times were on Trojan Gaming, which has shut down and came back up recently. I never joined back since. Besides that, 2 years back I was an XO of a security team on the server HFG ( Hammer Fall Gaming ) when Star Wars role play just began on Nutscript.
Have you had experience as a commander, If so, tell us how you would command troops in the battle of Christophsis:
I had enough experience as a commander to know how tasks and objectives should be done in a swift and clean manner. If you would put that knowledge into the Battle of Chrisophsis, if I were in the front line I would do my best to hold it, no matter the costs. Yes, I would put my troopers lives in consideration. It does depend how much the Republic needs that front to gain victory. If the line does soon break we would have to fall back to a secondary line that I would've have planned out for a fallout like this. Troopers would be flanking the right and left of incoming droids to get them confused, which can cause more serious damage to the flood of enemy infantry. If this plan does work and we successfully push the enemy back, we would retake the front lines once more and defend, or go on the offensive once the time was right. Having the mentally of never giving up is what a commander should have, never thinking about the negatives but always the ways to reach the positives.
How would you stage a tryout for your battalion, and what would the tryout consist of, how many strikes until you're out, and how would you know someone has passed?:
Obviously, tryouts would be difficult since it's ARC tryouts. The trooper would have to know their formations, faces, battle stations, military phrases, role play rules, and some lore. I would start out with the basics like faces, then formations. Formations have to be due within a 5 second time limit, if they can't do the formation within that time limit they will be given a strike. The tryout only consists of two strikes, ARC only takes the best not the weakest. They would be highly expected to know their role play rules and their military phrases by heart. They will only have 6 seconds to answer, if they can't answer within the time limit they have a strike. The third stage would be lore questions, talking about the background of how ARC was formed in the Republic. Which battles on record were they fought. When the trooper finally pasts the First Phase the trooper will go for a simulation in the Citadel against NPC's then either me, or a ARC in a PVP sim. If the trooper dies in either one, they will have one strike. If they beg for another try or wish to go again that would count against them. Once finishing both Phases, the trooper will be accepted into ARC or any battalion ARC of his or her choosing. This statement will most definitely be changed later on to be better to take out some unnecessary parts of the tryouts.
Your FOB (Forward Operations Base) is under attack by heavy CIS forces, and you have gained a small band of resistance to strike against them. Give us an example on how you would lead these men to victory and defend the base:
Once we have figured out we are under attack, I would split my ARC into 2 separate squads, each squad would then take a left side or a right side. If there is still enough troopers they will come with me to go straight on in the middle to distract the enemy. Once we have gotten into a heavy firefight, my ARC would intercept the enemy from both sides and begin to fire on the more hostile targets like B2's then on the small infantry. Once the plan has worked we will all form up and go straight in the middle to finish the rest all together.
Why do you want to be a commander on Prims Role Play?:
Once I have joined the server, I realized that the server is honestly the best I ever seen. It has strong potential and I can see it growing in highly in the future. I want to be a commander of ARC because I have seen people with this spot before not really do a good job, I believe that I'm confident in my abilities to be a very strong and likeable commander. It seems like the server needs a commander that is more strict, the other commanders are one of the best. But if anyone should take a role of ARC Commander, they need to be strict and know what they are doing. It's sad when you see someone in this spot before not knowing how to do their formations. I've seen it before.
What makes you a good and hard working commander? Tell us how you have worked as a commander on previous servers if any?:
What makes me a good and hard working commander is my determination. My seriousness when it comes to Star Wars role play, not even that but most of the time. I don't take any shit from anyone, and I want my troopers to feel like they are unstoppable when it comes to taking down the enemy. I'm determined to make my ARC the best of the best, and not even that but have fun outside of role play. How I have worked with my troopers before was different, since I had more experience in RC squads. I was always to have chemistry with my troopers, they got know me outside of the game and even inside of the game. We got along so well, the teamwork was perfect. This was all due to training, and caring about your troopers. Yes you can be hard on them, that's the point. But let them know, that you are out there to watch their backs, and to watch yours.
Say you are the only commander on the ship, and some troopers from your battalion begin to minge with the CT's who were previously minging. How you disperse the situation, and what punishment would the CT's and your trooper face?:
When it comes to minging, I heavily despise it. I will literally snap if I hear my troopers minging with CT's. That's not a exception just because you're bored and have nothing to do. I would tell the CT's and the troopers to head to one of the hanger bays. They will all line up, I would give them a heavy lecture about how this is very unacceptable and they will be punished heavily for what they done. This doesn't slide what's so ever. ARC will have a warning, if they fuck up two times just like this. They will be kicked out. Besides the talking, both CT's and ARC will be forced to do heavy PT like grammar squats, trigger discipline, heavy sequences of faces, spring laps, jog laps, crouch laps. All of the sort of PT that was ever made on Star Wars rp they do. If they mess up once, they will restart the number I gave them. PTS will be active the entire time until they realized what they have done and how stupid and immature it was.
Why should we choose you as a commander on Prims Role play Clone Wars RP?:
I believe I can give people the true Star Wars like military experience they ever wanted for so long. Servers seem to lack that, but I never do. I want to show troopers how it actually is like to be a soldier during war, get that whole immersion going in their systems. I am dedicated to this server, and as long as I can get this spot. I will do whatever it takes to help this server get the whole Star Wars experience.
What commander are you applying for?: ARC Commander Blitz
What would do if you are on the plains of Genosis, and your current set of orders are to invade a CIS holdout with a team of 10 soldiers, and you were assigned as their commanding officer. Give us examples on how you would lead these troopers, and how would set them up on the field?:
If there were any troopers with the ability of marksmenship and recon. They would go ahead to make sure how many enemies we are dealing with, but not too far. The regular troopers would follow me and medics would stay behind and follow. Once we go through the plains we would hold position. Snipers would stay and take position around the outside of the hold out and would fire on my command firs taking out the heavier and more dangerous targets first from a distance. The rest would follow me, and we will spilt up left and right to confuse the enemy, taking cover and slowly pushing up once each target was down. Once we have cleared the outside of the holdout I would have troopers stack up on the entrance, the snipers would regroup with use. Regular troopers would be front, medics behind them, then the snipers would be in the back. I would be placed in front as the doorman. We will breach and storm the holdout, taking are time as we spilt up left and right against both sides of the walls and clear out room from room just like that.
Did anyone recommend you for commander? (This will be verified): 212th Commander Cody
What would do if someone was holding another commander hostage, and the hostage taker asked for a commander for negotiations? Give us an answer on how you would save the commander life?:
I would first have a trooper from shock come with me just in case if shit does go down and we can take him in cuffs. I would talk to the hostage taker with no weapons, explaining to him what are his terms of negotiations? If he needs a ship and credits, I would tell him that a ship would set up with credits in the inside. I would tell troopers in secure comms once the hostage taker lives the room untouched to prepare for a surprise ambush. The troopers would hide in the hanger bay and wait till the hostage taker wasn't looking. They would rush on the hostage taker and surround him before he has time to react, doing the strip weapons and comms procedure and saving the day.
